We aim to set up proper degree programs every year to cultivate talents in humanities and science. We aim to promote humanities, basic science and general education departments to train our students with a solid foundation of multiculturalism and academic training.

We aim to establish cross-department research centers in alignment with the trends of academic and technologies as well as to improve the level of science and technologies.
